Right after breakfast, we gathered at the studio in Gütersloh for today’s photo shoot. It had been a few years since I first asked Kim if she was interested in having a photo shoot. Recently, we rekindled the conversation on Instagram, discussing the content of the shoot, and eventually settled on a Tuesday morning timeslot.
We shared a warm welcome and engaged in some small talk about our hometowns and other interests to get to know each other better. Naturally, we also discussed the details of the shoot. We decided on having three sets: one featuring her dogs with the use of a fog machine, all in a low-key style against a black background, and the others consisting of classical portraits.
After about two and a half hours, we had successfully completed all the planned sets. It was an amazing and relaxed photo shoot experience. During breaks, we discussed the results and rated the pictures, marking the best ones with 4 or 5 stars.
I’m eagerly looking forward to my next shoot with Kim. We had an awesome time and loads of fun!
